What is WOMEN INCREASING NUMBERS?

Women Increasing Numbers (WIN) is a RNC initiative led by RNC Co-Chair K.C. Crosbie and the National Federation of Republican Women. Modeled after Trump Force 47, the President’s voter contact grassroots apparatus, WIN is committed to building a strong women’s coalition that is dedicated to producing Republican victories in future elections.

WIN helps connect Republican women that want to get involved into volunteer positions in voter outreach, election integrity, election day operations, ensuring that everyone has a spot where they feel comfortable and can play a crucial role in the political process.

In 2024, President Donald J. Trump’s historic victory was fueled by a surge in popularity amongst women, with an estimated 46% of women supporting the President, and we must continue to channel that success by growing and training a strong network of women to engage in the political process.

For the 2025 gubernatorial elections in New Jersey and Virginia, WIN activated over 600 volunteers, knocked over 12,000 doors, and made over 50,000 calls. And we’re just getting started. For the 2026 elections, WIN is going to activate and deploy grassroots support into the 22 targeted states.

When Republican women get to work, we win elections. With the President’s agenda and Republican majorities on the line, there’s zero room for apathy in this year’s elections. We need to do everything we can to get women voting Republican and turning in their ballots.
