Women Increasing Numbers (WIN) is a Republican National Committee initiative supported by partners like the National Federation of Republican Women. WIN is committed to building a strong women’s coalition that is dedicated to producing Republican victories in future elections.
In 2024, President Donald J. Trump’s historic victory was fueled by a surge amongst women. To replicate the success of the 2024 America First movement, we must continue to grow and train a strong network of women to engage in the political process.
